Very great and inovative concept of Charcoal Shawarma. This is the first time anyone is selling Charcoal Shawarma in Badlapur. They serve so many different flavours and varieties of shawarma like cheese, peri peri, garlic and so on at reasonable rates. The best part about this place is the amount of chicken. The quantity they give is really satisfying.
The Shawarma is prepared with right amount of charcoal & no burned taste in it. The pita bread was soft and perfectly cooked. Charcoal Chicken has a more smoky and a caramelized texture, hence giving the shawarma a different taste and a different feel. They also add veggies and fries to the shawarma to make it more flavorful. If you want, you can have only-chicken shawarma with no veggies.
