Sasarwadi in Seawoods serves authentic maharashtrain food at affordable rates. The ambiance is the real attraction. Offers seating upstairs as well as downstairs. Really love how well they have managed with the seating. The staff is very friendly and helpful with the menu.



Here's the list of items that I tried-

KOKUM SHARBAT FOR WELCOME DRINKS
Served with some aloo chivda. The drinks were very refreshing. Really loved it.

KOTHIMBIR WADI AND ALOO WADI
It was soft and crispy, Indeed the best. Served with Pudina mint chutney. Taste 5/5

FRIED CHICKEN
Very well marinated. The flavours will get to you in each bite. Taste 5/5


CHICKEN VADA
Filled with flavourful chicken keema. It was very delicious. Taste 5/5


CHICKEN THALI
It had chicken masala, Chicken sukka, rice, roti/bakhari, salad and solkadi. Everything was very very delicious. Worth your money. Taste 5/5

I recently visited this place with my friends to try their Asur Thali which they have newly launched. The thali includes chicken curry, Mutton curry, prawns masala, Chicken tandoori, solkadi, Pomfret fry, mandeli fry, jeera rice, Chicken biryani, egg biryani, boiled eggs, butter roti, butter naan and bakhri. This thali is enough for 4 to 6 people. If you're planning to visit with your family or friends then this is the perfect choice for you. The preparation takes around 30 to 40 mins. Before visiting you can contact the Hotel Staff and Pre-book your thali to avoid waiting.  The food was really delicious. Loved the biryani, Chicken curry, tandoori and fish fry. Very great and inovative concept of Charcoal Shawarma. This is the first time anyone is selling Charcoal Shawarma in Badlapur. They serve so many different flavours and varieties of shawarma like cheese, peri peri, garlic and so on at reasonable rates. The best part about this place is the amount of chicken. The quantity they give is really satisfying. The Shawarma is prepared with right amount of charcoal & no burned taste in it. The pita bread was soft and perfectly cooked.  Charcoal Chicken has a more smoky and a caramelized texture, hence giving the shawarma a different taste and a different feel.
